POSSE SCHOLARSHIP WINNERS … Fifteen Montgomery County public and private high school students who have been awarded full four-year scholarships from The Posse Foundation were honored by the Montgomery County Council on March 13. The Posse Foundation and its six cooperating university partners address the need for disadvantaged students to access top colleges and awards.
