INVOLVED FATHERS . . . Montgomery County Councilmember Craig Rice and his family on June 16 attended the second annual Fathers Involved Picnic that was sponsored by the Department of Housing and Urban Development in Washington Square Park. The event, on Father’s Day weekend, seeks to inspire fathers to be actively involved with all members of their family.
