TOWN HALL MEETING FOR STUDENTS … The Montgomery County Council on Oct. 10 hosted its third in a series of Town Hall Meetings for Students at the Council Hearing Room in Rockville. About 110 students from public and private schools, ranging from elementary to high school grades, attended. After the meeting, Councilmembers—including Councilmember Marc Elrich—stayed to answer additional questions from the students.
