 Bullying in Schools: A Community Symposium on Prevention and Intervention Strategies



Montgomery County’s Office of Human Rights and the Committee on Hate/Violence recently co-hosted a free community forum called “Bullying in Schools: A Community Symposium on Prevention and Intervention Strategies.” The two-hour symposium, moderated by County Councilmember Valerie Ervin (at the podium), attracted more than 400 people who discussed a number of topics that included, “recognizing the warning signs of bullying,” and “how to get help.”
