At the end of Feasibility Study for the Forest Glen Passageway, the Transportation, Infrastructure, Energy and Environment (T&E) Committee of the County Council reviews the study and its preferred alternative.  The committee members will be determining if the project has merit to advance to preliminary (35 percent level of completion) engineering design.  They will make a recommendation to the full Council.
