During this period, Milestone Construction Company:
- continued selective demolition of exterior masonry walls, foundation walls and penthouse slab;
- began saw-cutting slab on grade;
- began rough grading of building pad;
- continued removing excess fill and hauling debris from the site;
- met with WSSC representatives;
- set sanitary at end of existing line, and
- began cleaning salvaged bricks (removal of loose mortar particles).
The construction project has been underway eighty six days.
