Thursday, August 05, 2010Senior Fitness classesRequests for Fall.
Senior Fitness classes are offered by Holy Cross Hospital and Kaiser Permanente in various Montgomery Community Center. Our instructor, Keith Federman, told us this morning that Holy Cross has the money to open a Friday Senior Fitness class at Bauer Recreation. He also said the council is adamant to close Recreation Centers on Fridays. This is a plea to you and all Council members to consider accepting money to have our 9:15 am to 10 am Fitness class continue on Friday mornings at Bauer Recreation Center with this free program.
