Kenney will welcome attendees to the County&amp;rsquo;s third annual observance of World Elder Abuse Awareness Day. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There are nearly six million reported cases of elder physical and/or financial abuse every year in the United States, but the majority of those cases go unreported.
