|Applications for Alcohol Licenses Now Available Online|
Montgomery County’s Department of Liquor Control (DLC) has recently updated its website to accept alcohol license applications online.
The new online application can be found at www.montgomerycountymd.gov/dlc under Licensure, Regulation and Education. Putting applications online is the first of many steps that DLC is taking to modernize its website and more efficiently serve business establishments.
To obtain an alcoholic beverage license, applicants must provide evidence that they comply with applicable standards. The Board of License Commissioners conducts licensing and/or enforcement hearings prior to issuing, fining, suspending, or revoking alcoholic beverage licenses.
For more information, call the DLC Outreach Office at 240-777-1904 or 240-777-1989 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
