|Summer Storm Update from Montgomery County – June 14 9:30 a.m.
*No major injuries have been reported related to yesterday’s storm.
*There are currently about 16 roadway locations reported for trees with wires down.
* For emergency assistance and to report “hot” wires or sparking wires, especially those across roadways, residents should call 9-1-1.
* Between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm, M-F, call 3-1-1 from within Montgomery County or 240-777-0311 from a cell phone or from outside the County to report non-emergency downed trees in the public right-of-way. Or report through the MC311website www.MC311.com, which is available 24/7.
*At this time all traffic signals are operational in the County.
*Ride On bus service is operating on time with no detours.
* Approximately 3,900 Pepco customers in Montgomery County remain without power, with restoration expected to be completed before the end of the day.
