Claimant's appeal; On 12/6/2012 the Commission issued a Supplemental Award of Compensation. The Commission increased the claimant's PPD by 2% for the back. The claimant asked for a Rehearing on issues of PPD for the neck and right shoulder. The rehearing was denied as issues for the neck and right shoulder were not raised at the Commission hearing on 12/3/2012. This case has only been about the back.
