This is a new case filed in the Maryland Tax Court which challenges the County's denial of an Impact Tax credit request. The County filed its response to the Petition of Appeal and the parties agreed to stay this case until negotiations with the City of Rockville and the County and the Petioner are completed. This matter is on hold in the Tax Court. The case was continued until June of 2009 by consent of the parties.
