It is the County's position that the injury to the wrist (40% which amounts to 100 weeks) should have been compensated at the second tier of compensation. However, the injury to the back (10% which amounts to 50 weeks) should have been compensated at the first tier rate. Court granted County's motion and claimant appealed to CSA.
