County's Appeal; On 6/11/2012 the Commission Awarded the claimant PPD under "Other Cases" 75% use of body, 70% attributable to the A/I(back-55%increase) and 5% due to pre existing condition(back). The SIF contends the decision is correct. Our rating was no worsening and their rating was a 19% worsening. The granted a 55% increase.
