Initation - Case received in office	5/23/2012	Plaintiff alleges that he was wrongly arrested, seized and detained by Montgomery County Officers and Sheriffs. He was arrested on a warrant for failure to comply with a Peace Order which he claims had been vindictively obtained by a party with whom he had a contract dispute. (The third party had alleged Plaintiff harassed and threatened her and her family.) The Peace Order had been issued the day before Plaintiff's arrest. However, Plaintiff claims he had not been served with the Peace Order when he was arrested for violating it. He claims violations of his State and federal constitutional rights. He also alleges common law torts of false arrest, false imprisonment, malicious prosecution and claims that the County neglently trained and supervised its officers who should have investigated the allegations against him before arresting him.
