How to recycle/dispose of antifreeze

 Shady Grove Processing Facility & Transfer Station

Residents may bring up to 5 gallons of antifreeze. Look for collection containers in the center of the Recycling section (under the pavilion) of the Solid Waste Transfer Station's Public Unloading Area.

So that the antifreeze may be recycled, please do not mix it with any other automotive fluids.

Antifreeze is also accepted at Household Hazardous Waste collection events. The same 5-gallon limit applies.
