The Division of Highway Services operates a Storm Operations Map that contains a host of information. Designed initially for conveying information during a snow storm, the map is operated year-round and will show road segments that are closed. Visit Highway Services' website and click on the map. Place cursor over the portion of the county of interest to you and double click to zoom in or enter an address and zoom in to see detailed neighborhood information. Closed roads, or portions of roads that are closed, will appear in black on the map, as noted in the legend on the left side of the page.

To report storm-related problems or other maintenance concerns, call 311 Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, or visit MC311’s website anytime. Callers are asked to be patient if they experience delays when calling 311 because of the high call volume. MC311 is operating from a temporary location because of power outages at its building, and this has contributed to some delays.
