The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) will be hosting a community meeting of the Purple Line Lyttonsville & Woodside Work Group on Wednesday, January 16, 2013.  The meeting will be held at the Gwendolyn Coffield Community Center, 2nd Floor, Social Hall, 2450 Lyttonsville Road, Silver Spring.  The meeting will run from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. 

At this meeting the MTA will present current plans for both stations, as well as plans for the trail to the Silver Spring Transit Center.  The Purple Line team will present this information, but MTA hopes to have an informal setting that will allow for an open dialogue about the Lyttonsville and Woodside stations and the surrounding area.
