 Leggett Joins Conservation Montgomery for National Arbor Day Tree Planting

The County Executive joined members of Conservation Montgomery and the Bethesda Garden Club in a tree-planting celebration of Arbor Day at the Bethesda Library. Mr. Leggett spoke out on behalf of his Bill 35-12, the Trees and Tree Canopy Conservation Law. The bill proposes a way to fund replacement of trees lost to development.
