 Two Millionth Call Milestone for Montgomery County’s Online and Telephone Customer Service System

Montgomery County’s MC311 Customer Service Center recently fielded its two-millionth call from Gaithersburg resident, Stuart Helfman (center). Helfman’s call, requesting removal of a dead deer in his backyard, was handled by Customer Service Representative Tamara Tyler (left). County Executive Ike Leggett (right) visited the call center to congratulate both individuals and celebrate the major milestone with staff.
