Utility 2.0 Filing at PSC: This week, Councilmember Berliner submitted a formal filing to the Maryland Public Service Commission, which included a recent report of the Energy Future Coalition entitled "Utility 2.0: Piloting a Better Future for Maryland's Electric Utilities and their Customers". The Utility 2.0 model is more cost-effective, efficient, greener, technologically advanced, and less vulnerable. You can read the report, and Councilmember Berliner's filing, here.
| June 10, 2013 8:37 AM The Department of Transportation has proposed 15 locations in Bethesda and Friendship Heights for the first phase of our downcounty Bikeshare network (in addition to the locations in Silver Spring and Takoma Park.) Take a look at this map and see what you think. If you'd like to weigh in, DOT is hosting a public meeting on June 24, 7-9PM at the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Regional Services Center. We are expecting to have the system up and running by the end of summer - very exciting! |
