Utility 2.0 Filing at PSC: This week, Councilmember Berliner submitted a formal filing to the Maryland Public Service Commission, which included a recent report of the Energy Future Coalition entitled "Utility 2.0: Piloting a Better Future for Maryland's Electric Utilities and their Customers". The Utility 2.0 model is more cost-effective, efficient, greener, technologically advanced, and less vulnerable. You can read the report, and Councilmember Berliner's filing, here.

I am a longtime supporter of SRO's, as they are a proactive approach to keeping schools safe for our students. Very pleased that the Council is poised to double the number of SRO's in next year's budget. |
