Montgomery County seeks an experienced, comprehensive team for
redevelopment of the 52-acre Public Safety Training Academy (PSTA), located
at 9710 Great Seneca Highway in Rockville, Maryland

 For Consideration:

  • Redevelopment of the 52-acre Public Safety Training Academy (PSTA)
  • Concepts should reflect a walkable, high-density housing community, inclusive of Smart Growth attributes and higher density development adjacent to the future Corridor Cities Transit station.

 

 Two Step Request for Proposals:

  • February 2012, Short Listing and 2nd Phase Solicitation
  • March 2012 Oral Interviews  of Short Listed Candidates
  • April 2012, Selection and Initiation of Partnership
