Processes requests for service and maintenance. Generates on demand work orders and preventive maintenance tickets generated through Oracle Maintenance and Asset Management System.

Energy Management

Monitors selected County Facilities for HVAC, Lighting and Fire Alarm operation through our Building Automation Systems. Remotely adjusts temperatures, schedules and troubleshoots systems from Operations Center. Reduces energy and hot/cold calls typically responded to by mechanics.

Supply

Provides Maintenance Repair and Operations supplies for nearly 300 County owned and leased facilities.
