#5645140111 - Delivery of Meals to Homebound Clients
The Contractor is required to obtain meals that meet Maryland Dept. of Aging Menu Standards from a licensed caterer and deliver them 5 days/week to eligible homebound persons age 60 or older. The Contractor determines service area and registers persons to receive service. Recipients must be given an opportunity to make voluntary donations for the meals; donations are kept by the Contractor and included on the Components of Meal Cost form that is used to determine per meal reimbursement up to the maximum allowed. The Contractor must include reports of donations and reports that document service with monthly invoices to the County.
