New International Program Offered by DED

The Montgomery County Department of Economic Development has teamed up with the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Export Assistance Center to offer services directly to county companies seeking new overseas markets for their internationally competitive products and services.

Take advantage of the program to learn about federal resources and programs for companies selling (or interested in selling) to overseas customers.

Get advice from senior international trade specialists on: how to identify qualified foreign buyers or distributors; how to obtain due diligence reports on prospective foreign partners. Get industry and country specific market reports prepared by the Commerce Department’s Overseas Commercial Specialists… and much more!

On the 2nd Tuesday of every month, county companies can sign up to meet one-on-one in DED’s Rockville Office – with a team of DED/U.S. Export Assistance Center trade specialists.

For additional information or to sign up for the upcoming sessions (January 11th, February 8th), please contact: Adrienne Van Lare or 240.777.2036.
