Laws and Regulations Concerning the MPDU Program:  

• Executive Regulation 13-05AM - Requirements and Procedures for the Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit Program (permanent regulation).  Effective Date:  September 28, 2005. 
   
• Executive Regulation 75-92 - Requirements for the Moderately Priced Housing Program (.pdf).  NOTE:  this regulation was superceded by 13-05AM.  It has been left here for historical purposes only.
