Grants Administration / Special Projects
The Grants Administration and Special Projects Section has overall responsibility for administering the County’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Shelter Fund (ESG) grant, and HOME grant, all of which are federal programs aimed at addressing the needs of low and moderate income individuals, families, and communities.  These programs have an average annual budget of $7 million.
