Multi-Family Housing Programs
The Mulit-Family Housing Section administers the County's Housing Initiative Fund (HIF) and provides loans to developers of affordable multi-family housing developments.  It also monitors HIF-funded developments and manages the County's housing loan portfolio.

Single-Family Housing Programs
The Single-Family Housing Section includes four programs: Single-Family Home Improvement, Weatherization, Group Home Rehabilitation, and the Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit (MPDU) Program.  The Home Improvement section is responsible for making loans and grants for the rehabilitation and weatherization of single-family homes and for the replacement of deteriorated single-family homes.  The MPDU section is responsible for administering the sale, rental, and occupancy of MPDUs.  The Group Home Rehabilitation Program provides rehabilitation loans to non-profit group home providers.
