Upcoming Lotteries - we are now posting information on upcoming lotteries for which we have mailed out the lottery forms. Not everyone will receive every flyer. If you do not receive a flyer, it may be because your household size does not meet the requirement for the size unit being offered, or your certificate is for rental only. Please do not contact the MPDU office to determine when the next lottery will be. You will be notified by mail if your household size meets the requirement for the lottery. Advance notification on lotteries is not available.
Upcoming Lotteries:
Please note: Due to the lottery "point system" established last year, you may see some of the same names being picked in different lotteries. Housholds with the greatest number of points will always be the group drawn from first in any lottery.
Lottery Results:
If your name has been selected in the lottery, the builder will contact you either by mail or telephone. Generally, this will occur within two weeks of the lottery. You do not need to contact the builder. This information is not available by telephone from the MPDU office. Questions about the MPDU program itself should be directed to the MPDU office only.
If you do not see your name on the list, it does not mean we did not receive your lottery ticket. About three times as many names are chosen as there are available units. We keep all lottery ticket entries in case more names need to be chosen if not all units are sold from the names on the list.
