Deputy Warden of Custody and Security

• Senior Management position staffed Monday through Friday, or as assigned.
  
  
• Responsible for most uniformed positions that supervise all security aspects in the operation of the Correctional Facility, this includes supervision of subordinate supervisors and officers.
  
  
• Responsible for personnel and inmate management.
  
  
• Responsible for Policy & Procedure, Maryland State standards, and ACA standards adherence.
  
  
• Ensures proper documentation and record keeping of incidents.
  
  
• Acts as a liaison between enforcement agencies and the department.
  
  
• Institutes new directives in improving or adapting to necessary changes in operations.
