The Facility Operation's Section is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the security systems, providing routine and major building maintenance; coordinating assigned county vehicle maintenance; food service delivery; and laundry services for the Montgomery County Correctional Facility (MCCF), Montgomery County Detention Center (MCDC) and Pre-Release and Reentry Services (PRRS).
In addition, they also conduct the inmate property transports for Detention Services, coordinate ground maintenance (snow removal and lawn care), maintain a warehouse supply inventory for both correctional facilities, monitor various contracts, and facilitate all recycling efforts.
