Warden

• Senior Management position staffed Monday through Friday, or as assigned.
  
  
• Responsible for all positions that supervise all security, treatment, education, personnel and business program aspects in the operation of the Correctional Facility, this includes supervision of all employees of the Correctional Facility.
  
  
• Works within general methods and procedures and exercises considerable independent judgment to adapt and apply the guidelines to specific situations.
  
  
• Work requires complete knowledge of the policies, procedures, laws, and regulations governing the operation of adult correctional facilities, and supervisory techniques, personnel policies, and procedures.
  
  
• Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
  
  
• Directs facility operations, including the overall management and administration of staff, inmates, equipment, permanent improvements, and property of the correctional facility.
