The Pre-Release and Reentry Services (PRRS) is a drug and alcohol free program.  To ensure that all residents at PRRS remain drug and alcohol free, they are required to submit to daily alcohol testing (breathalyzers). Additionally, all residents at Pre-Release must agree to submit to random urine drug testing (typically collected 3x/week).  

Pre Release also provides urine drug screening services for all new applicants for the Pre-Release program and participants in Drug Court.  Urine collection service is conducted on site at the Pre-Release Center, and testing is provided by Health and Human Services Department.
