What is Senior Vital Living
and why is it important to you?

 A sea change has taken place in how Americans think about aging and retirement.  Once thought of as a time for rest and relaxation; today, many retired adults are embracing a retirement that is filled with meaningful activity; a  time to begin a new chapter in life by being active, involved, and setting new goals.  Finding a new direction, learning about all the possibilities, using your experience and knowledge and continuing to learn and grow are key elements of the Vital Living philosophy.
