This team helps people living in Montgomery County obtain and/or access behavioral health services (mental health and substance abuse). Consumers of all ages who are eligible for the Public Mental Health System are linked with providers who are able to provide the requested service at a location convenient for the consumer.

The mission of the CRCMC is to help Montgomery County residents manage conflict in a constructive way, by offering collaborative problem solving services such as mediation, facilitation, community conferencing and training.

The mission of the Pro Bono Counseling Project is to assure that all Maryland residents requesting mental health care regardless of income, are linked with volunteer licensed mental health profesions and other necessary supportive services.

Provides a full range of mental health and vocational services for persons who are deaf or hard of hearing.  Staff and therapists are fluent in American Sign Language and knowledgeable about the deaf culture.  JSSA provides these services under contract with Montgomery County Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse Services.

Regional Resource Coordinators are available to assist veterans and their families obtain services through the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and other available local resources.  Resource Coordinators offer knowledge and assistance in VA benefits, issues of homelessness and unemployment, crisis and emergency services, substance abuse services, and individual, family, and group therapy.
