Catalog and Your Account

Search the new library catalog or use the "classic" catalog interface.

Log in to Your Account to renew your items, manage your holds, make online account payments, or register or update your email address. You can also renew items by telephone 24 hours a day at 240-777-0007.

You will be unable to reach the MCPL catalog, your library account, and our electronic resources when our server undergoes maintenance at the following times:

• Every morning for about 15 minutes, usually between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.
• On Sundays for a more extended period, usually between 6:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

For unplanned or more extensive outages, we post a notice on our home page.

If you have problems accessing your account, the library catalog, or MCPL's electronic resources, delete your browser's temporary files. If the difficulties persist, please report your technical problem.
