The License Department processes passport applications Monday-Friday from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. (Passports are not expedited. It takes four to six weeks to get your passport.) The application must be signed before an agent. You must appear in person and present:
†A certified birth certificate has a registrar's raised, embossed, impressed or multicolored seal and the date the certificate was filed with the registrar's office. If you do not have a certified copy, contact the Clerk's Office for instructions on how to obtain one.

16 and older: $110.00
15 and younger: $80.00
Payable to US Department of State. Include name and date of birth in memo area.
Your application will be sent to Passport Services for processing. Your passport will be mailed to the mailing address you provided on your application via first class mail.
