White Oak Community Recreation Center

This project provides for the design and construction of a 33,000 net square foot community recreation center at 1700 April Lane in White Oak.

3RD District Police Station

This project provides for planning and design of a new 32,844 gross square foot (including auxiliary buildings) 3rd District Police Station to serve Silver Spring and vicinity.

Colesville Depot

This project provides for the planning and design of an expanded Colesville Depot for the purpose of providing road maintenance for the southeastern portion of the County.
