• Community Use of Public Facilities (CUPF) Permit Information
  CUPF is now the scheduling agency for all fields previously scheduled by M-NCPPC and Recreation. All other policies and procedures will remain in place for the spring/summer 2012 season. Permit application forms should be submitted to CUPF. Forms are available at CUPF offices and at CUPF website. Applications may also be submitted online after registering for a CUPF web account. For the present, to request use of an MCRD field, users should submit a request to the Recreation Center Manager associated with the field they are requesting. That manager will then review existing use and forward the request to CUPF.

  For those fields where 'school' is listed as the contact, use the phone number given to obtain reservation information from the school itself.
