In an effort to better regulate the vehicle rental process, the Division of Fleet Management Services is implementing new policies and procedures with regard to vehicles rented through Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Effective immediately, vehicle rental requests for a period of 30 days or more will now require prior written approval from Division of Fleet Management Services. In addition, vehicle types other than compact size, e.g., Nissan Versa, Kia Rio or similar, or intermediate size, e.g., Chevy Cobalt, Ford Focus, or similar will also require prior written authorization and approval from the Division of Fleet Management Services. Written authorization should be submitted to the Enterprise agent at the time you pick up your vehicle.
