James C. Savage, Associate County Attorney

Received B.A. degree in English from Seton Hall University (1968); J.D. from Seton Hall University (1973). Admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1981; joined the County Attorney's Office in 2000. Also admitted to practice in New Jersey (1973), D.C. (1979), Third and Fourth Circuit Courts, Circuit Court for the District of Columbia, and United States Supreme Court. Previously employed as Assistant County Prosecutor, Newark, New Jersey (1973 to1977); trial attorney for the Criminal Divison of the United States Department of Justice (1977 to 1982); Assistant United States Attorney, Baltimore (1982 to 1987); criminal defense attorney, specializing in federal criminal defense. Areas of concentration include debt collection, code enforcement, and subrogation.

Nadean B. Pedersen, Assistant County Attorney

Received B.S. from University of Maryland; J.D. from University of Baltimore (1982). Admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1990; joined the County Attorney's Office in 1998. Also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for Maryland (1991). Member of the Maryland and Montgomery County Bar Associations. Previously engaged in private practice in the areas of bankruptcy law and estate planning. Areas of concentration are debt collection and bankruptcy law.
