Credits for the cancelled days of summer camps and programs will be placed on customer accounts. As there are thousands of credits that need to be processed, it will take some time for all accounts to be credited.
Credits can be left on your account for future use, or you can request a refund by logging into RecWeb, clicking on My Account, and clicking on Request Refund. You can also request a refund via email at email@example.com.
All credits should be placed on accounts no later than August 1. If you have further questions, you can contact Customer Service at 240-777-6840 during normal business hours (M-F; 8:30am -4:30pm).
