Each center provides a variety of spaces to rent for meetings, parties, and other activities:

• Tables and chairs are available for use with all rentals at no additional cost;
• The renter is responsible for all setup and take down of the room/rooms;
• The kitchen facility is available for use with the rental of the social hall only;
• Light alcoholic beverages (beer and wine) are permitted for rentals in the social hall and most community centers. Alcohol is not permitted at some centers; be sure to check when planning your activity. An alcohol permit must be submitted with the rental application if the renter plans to serve alcohol;
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all County facilities.

1. Determine plans regarding:

• What type event are you having?
• What date do you want to have the event?
• What time do you want to have the event?
(All rentals must be contracted and paid in full at least two weeks in advance.)

2. Give all information to the community center staff responsible for rentals. Staff will let you know if space is available and the cost of the rental. Cost will vary according to the type of event, time of day, rooms available, etc.
3. A $200 security deposit is required.
4. If space is available, complete a Facility Permit Form, and sign and date a Renter's Code of Conduct Form.
5. Half of the rental fee is due at the time of booking. The balance of the fee and the security deposit will be due no later than two weeks prior to the event.
