Perhaps no sport has more variations of the original than volleyball. There's Buka Ball, Throwball, Hooverball, Nuke 'Em Ball, Prisoner Ball, Footvolley and, of course, beach volleyball. That is way MCR offers simple, 5-on-5 indoor volleyball with jargon such as dig, joust, kill, pepper, four-two, six-back, dump and spike. Yeah, simple.

Leagues of varying skill levels are offered for adults, aged 18 and above. Adult volleyball is available in the spring and fall seasons. Registration is by team only.
