Due to WSSC work involving the Holiday Park Parking lots, all Montgomery County Recreation trips will depart from the Olney Manor Park effective September 19th. Participants park near field #1. Busses will load near the skate park and field #1.

FEET is Montgomery County Recreation's "Family Entertainment and Exciting Trips" day trip program. We offer trips for all ages which include a variety of destinations. This day trip program is planned with your interest in mind.

There are over 475 dynamic exhibitors filling four contiguous exhibition buildings at the Richmond Raceway Complex. North Beach Bay Harvestfest: The 2nd Annual Bay Harvestfest is scheduled for Saturday, October 6, 2012 from noon to 6:00 p.m. This event will be a combination of craft vendors with local farmers. arts and Crafts festival, live music, childrens activities, pig and duck races food and beer.

St. Mary's County Oyster Festival (Leonardtown, Md) It's that time of year once again. When, for oyster lovers, the St. Mary's County fairgrounds near Leonardtown transform to nirvana. Oysters served up raw, scalded, grilled on the barbie, on bread, on the half shell, stewed, nude, and cooked in savory sauces and in salads. Snow Tubing is fun for all ages. It is even more fun in a group with your family and friends at the Whitetail Adventure Snow Tubing!If you like to sled, you'll love snow Tubing! It is one of the fastest growing winter sports in America because everyone can do it! It is all the thrills of sledding without the long hike back up the hill! No lessons. No equipment. We provide the tube- you have the fun! Off to the side from the ski mountains, the snow tubing area offers 10 "groomed lanes". The lanes are all side by side and vary from one smooth descent down the hill to several up and down hills during the descent. All riders must be 5 years of age to ride the large runs. A special "Kiddie" tubing run is available for children 2 to 4 years of age. All riders must read and sign a release form. Riders under 18 years of age must have a parent/guardian signature. Dress appropriately, warm clothing including gloves and winter footwear are advised.

Toby's Dinner Theatre - Baltimore -The story by Howard Lindsay and Russel Crouse follows Maria, a high-spirited young woman who wants to become a nun, as she is dispatched to serve as governess to the seven unruly children of Captain von Trapp. Von Trapp has become embittered since the death of his wife, and so he treats the children like 'little marching machines. Spend your time enjoying the greenhouse contains two courtyard gardens and 10 garden rooms under glass, totaling 28,944 square feet of growing space. Lunch is on your own at Union Station.
