Bulk Trash / Scrap Metal Collection Request

To request a bulk trash or scrap metal collection:

1. Make an itemized list of all of the items you want us to collect.
   
   
2. Request your bulk trash or scrap metal recycling collection online or by calling Montgomery County's Customer Service Center at 311 (out-of-County: 240‑777‑0311, TTY: 301‑251‑4850).
   
   
3. Set your items at the curb by 7 a.m. on your collection day; do not put your scrap metal items in your blue bin.

We must receive your request by 11:00 a.m. on the business day before your collection day. We'll schedule requests received after that time for the following week.
