TRRAC: Services and Educational Materials

ATTENTION: Property Managers!

Montgomery County's Division of Solid Waste Services Multi-Family Recycling Program (TRRAC) is here to help you have an "A-Rated" recycling program.

TRRAC provides one-on-one technical assistance through on-site visits and evaluations. A Program Specialist will visit your property several times a year. This Program Specialist will also conduct one (1) formal evaluation at your property every year. This will help to ensure that all staff and residents are educated about recycling at your apartment or condominium complex and to provide updates concerning any program changes.

To help educate staff and residents, TRRAC provides a variety of outreach materials at no additional charge.

• Decals/Stickers for Collection Containers
• Magnets

In addition to the above materials, TRRAC staff members can provide specialized presentations to residents and/or staff of your property. We can also meet with association boards of condominiums as well to discuss any aspect of recycling. And, our "Recyclemobile" can visit your property for pool parties or other community events.
