Access MCtime through Montgomery County's ePortal.
MCtime is the County's web based application used for recording time and attendance. MCtime streamlines the County's overall payroll process by creating efficiencies in individual departments and payroll. The system has been successfully implemented county-wide to all departments. This website is designed to provide you with a number of resources such as job aids for both employees and managers, access to MCtime related forms and "how to" guides, frequently asked questions and links to web based training tutorials for new employees and managers.
