Attention Deficit Disorders Programs Scheduled at Germantown Library

Montgomery County Public Libraries will host a free program, “Parenting the ADHD Child,” for parents and teachers at the Germantown Library on Tuesday, October 15 at 7 p.m. The program is co-sponsored by Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Disorders (CHADD).
“Parenting the ADHD Child” will include information about symptoms of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) in children and coping strategies for parents to support their children at home and advocate for them in school settings. Janette Patterson, MSW, and members of the CHADD Board of Directors, will present the program.
